My neighbors pitbull attack

On July 5th I was outside watering my garden when my neighbor approached me about a incident that happened approximately 4:30 AM, the night of July 4th. She explained how she and her husband was woken by screams and sirens. Below is the article from our local news and video. I would like to say as of right now the dog is presently still residing in the home and not under quarantine or ordered to be euthanized.

Police and animal enforcement officials said they plan to file charges against a Versailles Borough pit bull owner after the dog allegedly attacked a woman over the weekend.

Rachel Brown was allegedly wounded by the pit but while sleeping at Ed Dicicco's home Sunday morning after watching fireworks on the Fourth of July."She awoke to having massive blood coming through her head and large chunks of her skull ripped apart," said animal enforcement officer Ken Ferree."I thought it was just someone grabbing my hair, someone I did not know at the party, and then, I see blood gushing out and everything," said Brown, who now has a 7 cm gash in the top of her head and a year's worth of plastic surgery ahead."She's telling them, 'Get off, get off,' and nobody helped her at all, and she kept hitting and hitting the dog," said Brown's mother, Jenny Brown.WTAE Channel 4's Sheldon Ingram reported that the dog belongs to Dicicco and his son. Rachel Brown said she has not heard from Dicicco, who told WTAE Channel 4 Action News that it was not his dog that attacked her.Rachel Brown told WTAE Channel 4'a Andrew Stockey that she did nothing to provoke the animal: "To me, it was nice. I never knew it was mean like that."Ferree told WTAE Channel 4 Action News that Dicicco's pit bull also entered into a neighbor's yard in May and mauled another German pointer."That was quite severe. He had problems with his stomach and intestinal area. It was a very violent attack on this German Shorthaired Pointer," said Ferree. When the neighbor presented Dicicco with the animal's medical bills, Ferree said the pit bull turned on the neighbor as well."The dog came by everyone and attacked the owner of the German pointer, sustaining some 20-plus stitches in his hand," Ferree said."I hope something is done with that dog before it kills somebody next," Rachel Brown said.Summary charges are expected to be filed against Dicicco on Thursday.

Also let me ad that the owner of the German Pointer, who was also attacked , was the neighbors who informed us of this incident. To this day he has only paid $50 towards their medical and vet bills and the dog had no license or vaccinations. The dog still has no license or vaccinations.
How about TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS! Dont blame it on somebody else. It was your dog that did it.
