Busy Long Days

Well Gia woke up very early this morning so she is actually taking a snooze...thank goodness. Jimmy is logged onto school. Silence is golden here. We have been over busy for months around this house. Husband works way too many hours, Im here in our home way too long with our children (or at least it can feel that way by the end of the week)
So on the bright side...our priest is going to finally baptise Gia this weekend and we are moving forward on our application to the diocese for our marriage. Our anniversary will be this May so I was thinking this morning that we can renew our vowels and have a family dinner in a nice restaurant, rather then a reception, with cake and a vacation for me and Jim after. The we will be married in the eyes of the church and have a anniversary party for us. So I called and started arrangements with the priest :)
Now that I figured some of that out i just have to finish the new babys nursey and we will be all set!

Fall Is Here!

We had a morning game, just in time before the rain came and washed out the field. Gianna is sick so she went to bed when we came home...so cranky. Jimmy and I did some yard work, cleaning up for Fall! We're growing pumpkins, I cant wait. Here is a pic of last years pumpkin patch and pumpkin cakes. We love pumpkins!

Typical Crazy Friday

We wake up today to do tests, practice work, and cubscouts. Today Jim and Jimmy hiked and had camp fires with the cubscouts. Jimmy was so excited. And I of course did more house work and cleaning...getting ready for new baby!

Lets Paint!

I get this idea that we will fingerpaint today! I lay down plastic, papers, paintbrushes, and paint. Jimmy forgets his brushes and runs across the diningroom with his paint pallet holding it sideways. Paint all over the floor- then tracks back across it so now there are footprints. Then Gia started to lick the paint off of her fingers. After we got ourselves back under control we made pretty pictures on ourselves and the paper!

Walking Through Trails

Weather is starting to become tolerable and we are able to spend time as a family at the park and taking walks. I can hardly stand the heat being big and pregnant. The children are obviously having a good time!

Soccer Game Today

We all got to go to Jimmys soccer game today and his team did really well. The organization he plays for only plays for the children to enjoy themselves. They dont keep score but for the record his team had about 6 goals and the other team only 1!! Go Jimmy's Team!
