Survival Kit

So my husbands corp he works for had classes all week and hired a motivational speaker come in to break it up. The instructor gave my husband a survival kit in a bag and he brought it home and gave it to me. (im miss negative)
The survival kit came in a small clear zip bag and the yellow piece of paper in the bag filled with odd, random items read:

TOOTHPICK...to remind you to pick the good qualities in everyone, including yourself.

RUBBER BAND...to remind you to be flexible. Things might not always go the way you want, but it can be worked out.

BAND AID...to remind you to heal hurt feelings-either yours or someones else's.

ERASER...to remind you everyone makes mistakes, that it's okay-we learn from our errors.

CANDY KISS...to remind you everyone needs a hug or compliment every day- give them out regularly.

MINT...to remind you that you are worth a mint to your co-workers and team members.

GUM...to remind you to stick with it. If you do, you can accomplish anything.

JOLLY RANCHER...to remind you to have FUN.

PEN...to remind you to list your blessings everyday.

TEA BAG...to remind you to take time to relax daily and go over the list of God's blessings. This is what makes life worth living every minute of the day.
